I am a celebrator. All occasions call for a party, or at least a cake. As such holidays with fireworks are some of my favourites. Whether you recently celebrated Canada’s 150th birthday, or the 4th of July chances are fireworks were involved. In case you missed the fireworks, here are some from beautiful ones from Victoria, BC.

Victoria Fly By

I had the opportunity recently to do a fly by over Victoria, BC. It was a beautiful day even with the wind. I literally bounced around in my seat and more than once collided with the window while snapping at the landscape below. Yesterday, I took my kids to see “Living in the Age of Airplanes” at the IMAX theater. The movie provided a history of travel and got me excited to see more of the world. I take airplane travel for granted as I have been flying my whole life.
